After I purchase a subscription, when will I receive my login credentials?
Once your payment has been approved, you will receive a system generated email (usually within 15 minutes) containing your login information and steps to get started.
Where do private and group coaching sessions take place?
Our coaching programs are currently offered virtually via conference/screenshare technology. Satisfaction levels for virtual sessions are very high due to the convenience and comfort of a remote location, and the high productivity of screensharing.
What is the schedule for the Virtual Workshops? What if I miss a live Workshop?
Our Virtual Workshops take place at Noon ET every Monday (with some scheduled breaks). If you miss a Workshop, not to worry! Every Workshop is recorded and uploaded to the ‘Workshops’ section of the G5 Hub.
How many people are in a small group and how is the group selected?
Group size is targeted at 4 to 6 participants with similar career levels. A Client Success team member will contact you via email with details on your small group meetings. If you subscribe outside of regular business hours, we will contact you as soon as possible the next business day.
What if I cannot afford your services?
The most important thing is that you have a good game plan for getting back to work. Our program can pay for itself if you return to work even just a week faster. We encourage you to think about the return on this investment compared to the weekly cost of a sub-optimized job search. You can also check out getfive.com/free-tools/.
